Simple theft

Defence in proceedings for theft under art. 624 c.p., with analysis of the objective element of the taking and the appropriation of another person's movable property. Assessment of the possibility of "particular tenuity of the fact" and of strategies for early resolution of the proceedings.

Aggravated and multiply-aggravated theft

Assistance in proceedings for aggravated theft under art. 625 c.p., with attention to the specific circumstances such as the use of fraudulent means, dexterity, the number of persons involved, or the offence committed against items left in places exposed to public trust. Defence strategy calibrated on the individual aggravating circumstances charged.

Home burglary and theft with snatching

Defence in cases of home burglary and theft by snatching under art. 624-bis c.p., autonomous offences punished with severe penalties. Assessment of whether the requirement of entry into the dwelling or physical contact with the victim during the snatching of the item is met.

Robbery and constructive robbery

Aggravated fraud

Assistance in proceedings for aggravated fraud under art. 640, second paragraph, c.p., with reference to the specific aggravating circumstances: damage caused to a public body, instilling fear of an imaginary danger, or taking advantage of the victim's age or infirmity.

Receiving stolen goods and reckless purchase

Defence in proceedings for receiving stolen goods under art. 648 c.p. and for the contravention of reckless purchase under art. 712 c.p., with attention to the distinction between the two offences in terms of the subjective element and the awareness of the unlawful origin of the property.
